What are the contracting methods?
After assessing the clients’ needs, we will present them our relevant properties, and once we have agreed, we will start legal negotiations and sign the contract. We coordinate the transfer of the properties and assist clients on a daily basis until the end of the contract period.
Parking
Where possible or available, we assure our customers use/rental of these parking spaces.
How much is the deposit?
When signing the contract we usually require a deposit equivalent to three months’ rent.
Registering as headquarter?
Yes, we offer our tenants the possibility to register the rented property as business premises.
